What HourSign is
HourSign is a record-keeping tool. It records supervised experience hours, lets a supervisor sign a reporting period, and produces an export of what was signed.
What HourSign is not
- It is not legal advice and it is not advice from a licensing board. Nothing it shows is a ruling.
- It does not decide whether you are eligible for a license and it does not promise that any board will accept your record. Your board decides.
- It is not a substitute for reading the official rules. Rules change and boards update forms without notice.
Your responsibility
- The hours you log must be true. You are responsible for what you enter.
- Do not enter client names, initials, case numbers, session notes or any other client information. HourSign has no field for it and we do not want it.
- Do not share your login. Your supervisor gets their own free account.
- Only sign as yourself. Signing as another person, or letting another person sign for you, is not allowed.
Signed records
A signed record is locked. It cannot be edited by you, by your supervisor or by us. If a correction is needed, you create an amendment that links to the original and is signed separately. Both stay in the history.
Payment and cancellation
The practitioner plan is billed once a year after a free trial. Supervisors never pay. You can cancel at any time. When a trial or subscription ends, your account becomes read-only and you can still export. Payments are not live yet, so nothing is charged today.
Ending your account
You can stop using HourSign at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can close an account that is used to enter false records or client information.
Availability
We try to keep HourSign working, but we do not promise it will never be down. Keep your own exports.
