About HourSign

HourSign records supervised experience hours and gets them signed by a supervisor. It is made by one small team, and paid for by the people who use it. Not by investors, and not by ads.

Why it exists.

Most people log supervised hours in a spreadsheet. That works until the day it does not: a supervisor leaves, a file is lost, a board asks for proof of a month from two years ago, or a signature never comes.

The hours were real. The proof was not.

HourSign keeps the record instead. You log hours. Your supervisor signs a reporting period. What they signed is locked and can be checked later. You can print it, export it, or hand it to your board.

A signed reporting period in HourSign: the entries are locked and the totals are shown per category.

What we will not claim.

A record of your hours is only worth something if it is honest about where it stops.

We do not decide eligibility.

We do not decide whether you are eligible for a license. Your board decides.

We do not promise e-signatures are accepted.

We do not promise that any board accepts an electronic signature. Where a board asks for an original ink signature, we say so and we print instead.

We are not your board.

We are not lawyers and we are not your board.

We do not guess at rules.

We do not publish a rule for a state we have not read at the source. If we are unsure, the page says we are unsure.

Where we are.

HourSign is built in India and sold to people in the United States. Prices are in US dollars. The people who answer your email are the people who write the code.
