What HourSign leaves to you.
The honest limits. Read these before you decide.
- Decide whether you are eligible for a license. The Department of Health decides.
- Resolve the conflicts between the statute, the rules and older DOH forms. Where our research found a conflict, HourSign shows a warning with the citation instead of picking a side for you.
- Track the supervisor declaration form you must file with DOH before supervision starts. That is between you, your supervisor and DOH.
Signing and export in Washington.
The Washington export is print-and-sign. DOH forms have a handwritten signature line and we found no official statement that an electronic signature is accepted, so HourSign does not claim one.
